Flip Skateboards had one of the most legendary skateboard teams ever in the early 2000s. Team riders at the time included Geoff Rowley, Arto Saari, Tom Penny, Bastian Salabanzi, Rune Glifberg, Ali Boulala and Mark Appleyard.

Still with us today are vert legend Rune Glifberg, Arto Saari & Tom Penny. The rest of the old guard has given way to younger skaters. Flip's current skate team continues the company's rich past and convinces with progressive street skating and a lot of talent.

The current team includes Luan Oliveira, David Gonzalez, Alec Majerus, skatedeluxe team rider Denny Pham, Matt Berger, Lucas Rabelo and many more. Flip alumnis Lance Mountain and Bob Burnquist are still riding for the brand, too.

A brand with a long history - Flip Skateboards

Flip Skateboards was founded in 1991 by Jeremy Fox, Ian Deacon and Geoff Rowley in the UK. To connect with the skateboarding scene at the time, the brand relocated to Huntington Beach, California in 1994.

Flip Skateboards' skate videos from the 2000s are considered the most influential of their time. With Flip Sorry (2002), Flip Really Sorry (2003) and Flip Extremely Sorry (2009), Flip created a monument that influenced an entire generation.
