The Nike SB Nyjah Free 2.0 is without a doubt one of the most technical skate shoes of Nike SB. At first glance, it differs quite a bit from Nyjah Huston's first Nike shoe, the Nyjah Free.
But there are also similarities: the second version of the Nyjah Free is also a low-top model with a flexible Nike Free cup sole. For an optimal fit, there are also reinforcements in the heel area and pull tabs to help you put them on.
What is new on the Nyjah Free 2.0, however, is the shoe upper. In contrast to the previous model, the upper isn't completely rubberized but gives way to a kind of toe cap that encloses the entire shoe.
The synthetic upper not only provides the grip and durability made familiar by the Nyjah Free, but also runs along the hem of the shoe, providing stability. This design allows the Nyjah Free 2.0 from Nike SB to leave room for mesh panels, providing good ventilation for extra-long skate sessions.
