Especially if you're getting back into it! Check yourself before you wreck yourself and all that! These are comfy, don't leave marks at your joints and are easy to clean.

I am 168cm with 55 kg and bought the small/medium size , size is good on everything less the knee pads that are kinda too tight , but nevertheless the protections already saved me some good times from getting hurt, really recommend it but watch out for the sizes.

This pack is very good for the money. I am 180cm height and 65KG weight and bought the Medium/Small. They fit perfectly. The wrist guards saved me a couple of times :)
