The Nike SB Dunk High "San Francisco Giants" is inspired by the baseball team of the same name and their club colours. The upper consists of a cream-gray-coloured mixture of mesh and suede. The black Swoosh is framed by a subtle orange tone, the midsole is white and the black outsole completes the design of the Dunk High "San Francisco Giants".

As is typical for a Nike SB MLB release, the pink blob on the sole cannot be missed. The inside of the tongue is adorned with two graphics: a baseball glove and a kayak. At Giants home games, kayakers paddle in front of the stadium in McCovey Bay in hopes of catching a home run baseball.
