XS = upper arm 19 - 23 cm / lower arm 16 - 20 cm
S = upper arm 24 - 28 cm / lower arm 19 - 23 cm
M = upper arm 27-30 cm / lower arm 24 - 28 cm
L = upper arm 29 - 33 cm / lower arm 27 - 30 cm
XL= upper arm 33 - 38 cm / lower arm 29 - 33 cm

The scope of the upper arm is measured 15 cm above the elbow. The scope of the lower arm is measured 10 cm below the elbow.
