I bought these for my brother-in-laws three year old as they were the smallest I could find. He's not the biggest of three year olds though so they are still a little big for him. Especially when he's got both elbow pads and wrist guards on at the same time. TSG makes quality stuff and I am currently wearing TSG wrist guards myself that I am very happy about purchasing.

I only use the pads from TSG. They fit well without constricting and protect very well. They also last a long time. It may be that there are other good pads, but the ones from TSG have completely convinced me for years. Therefore, experiments with other pads are no longer necessary for me.
